Fazil pass in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Recent passport-size photograph; birth certificate or NID; previous certificates and mark sheets; transfer certificate where applicable.
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10 MB per file. Uploads are scanned and stored securely outside the public web root.
