A recent photograph, the applicant's birth certificate or NID, previous academic certificates or mark sheets, and a transfer certificate if the student is moving from another institution. Files may be JPG, PNG or PDF and must not exceed 10 MB each.

The merit score combines the previous public examination GPA (weighted 60%) with the admission test marks (weighted 40%), plus a fixed bonus for applicants under a recognised quota. Applicants are ranked by score, then by submission time; those beyond the seat count are placed on the waiting list and notified automatically when a vacancy arises.

Yes. Separate hostel blocks provide 320 supervised beds with a mess, evening study halls and a resident warden. Room allocation is requested during admission or later through the portal. Orphaned and special-care residents are tracked individually for welfare and waiver purposes.

Subject teachers enter marks within the submission window, the Exam Controller tabulates using the board's GPA 5.00 rules, and the Principal approves before publication. Results appear in the student and guardian portals at the scheduled release time, and an SMS goes to every consenting guardian. Anyone can also look up a result publicly using the roll and registration number.

A minimum of 70% attendance is required before an admit card is issued for a term or public examination. Attendance is captured daily by the class teacher, by QR self check-in, or by RFID card tap, and the running percentage is visible in the student portal at all times.

Log in to the student or guardian portal, open the Fees page, select the outstanding invoice and choose your payment channel — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card or internet banking. A digital receipt is generated the moment the payment is confirmed, and the invoice status updates in real time.

Yes. We operate need-based, merit-based, orphan-status, sibling and staff-ward waivers alongside government stipends. Applications are submitted through the portal and approved by the Principal on the accounts office's recommendation. An approved waiver applies automatically to every subsequent invoice within its validity period.
